She's very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and detail minded. I'm a very picky buyer and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole transaction. During the COVID-19 crazy market, Catherine did her best professional efforts find the most suitable property for me. She arranged everything from different showings to home inspection and went through the whole escrow process in details with me. Then she coordinated with the contractors to fix up per home inspection, dealed with HOA day and night……. She worked so hard even during late weekend and response immediately. She has successfully moved me in with headache free. EVEN Three months later now, she still helped me in tax matters.

After a long, long search, we finally did it! We found the perfect house for us and Catherine helped guide us along the entire way. We started searching for a home back in June. Jonathan, Philip, and the team at Man Realty help me sell a nightmare property. I represented a trust that owned a property located in the San Gabriel Valley which needed to be sold quickly at top dollar. The property had two renters, cracked foundations, a separated sewer line and numerous other problems. Jonathan and team worked tirelessly in helping to sell this property quickly. Losing a loved one is always tough. Having to sell a home through the time consuming probate process from 400 miles away makes it even tougher. I can't thank Jonathan and Philip from Man Realty enough for the amazing job they did in getting our family's home sold.
Jonathan and Philip did it all -- found a reputable company to remove and donate household possessions, got the home professionally cleaned for a very reasonable cost, worked with the HOA to organize all of the traffic, ensured everything was up to code and successfully negotiated a strong offer after two initial buyers pulled out.

My process was a tough one as my home had permits and such that the city was still in the process of approving. So we were running up against the deadline. However Jonathan and his team helped guide me through the process and helped make calls to the city for a faster approval.

Amazing team. If you have a house in the 626 area, these are my go to guys. Philip helped me sell my home at 200k above my expectations and even went the extra mile to help me to clean and improve my home.
