Upright Communications was founded 25 years ago, as a Cincinnati-based digital marketing company. Through the years, our client list has included a variety of businesses, including small locally based businesses as well as large companies with customers around the world. Although our team members are located in Cincinnati and other locations from coast to coast, we maintain our cohesive team approach in all we do.
It may seem counterintuitive, but the level of success that your digital marketing program achieves is directly related to something very "non-digital" - actually talking to your buyer. Many agencies take shortcuts to understanding buyers by looking at analytics only. But doing buyer interviews tells us how your prospects make decisions, how they prioritize information and exactly what they require to buy from you.
By including buyers in our website design process, we ensure your website delivers on their expectations and requirements. That's who it's for, right? We guide buyers through a critique of your current website as they complete typical tasks, helping you uncover pain points and discover opportunities.

Upright has been the employee that's not on your payroll. We manage two retail tire company's in the Memphis, Tn area with 12 locations. Colleen is our point of contact or you could say were her point of contact because she and her staff contacts you with info before it gets to you (rare these days). Website company's are a dime a dozen these days, but one that actually does what they say there going to do and then exceed them are hard to find in any business.
