David was excellent! I was moving here from Portland Oregon in 2015 and it was my sense (correct in hindsight) that I better act fast since house prices were and were going to go up (more than I had figured). So, here I am with limited resources, but as a cash buyer looking for a decent home in a decent neighborhood, and the market inventory was the worst in a decade! David knows his stuff and he was working with a motivated buyer (me). We were looking at potential short sales, but none appeared. And we looked at this and that house, when they came up. David was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as a first time home-buyer, we looked at tons of houses over several years until I found just the right one! Never once did I feel like I was a pain (even tho I had to be, considering how many houses he patiently showed me over the years) or a bother to him. He kept in touch without being a bother, was always willing to show me whatever I wanted to look at and when I finally did find the perfect house I knew he would take great care of me and make sure I got the best deal, the best inspector and the best mortgage broker - which I did.
