Eaglebrook provides expert witness testimony for both Land Survey and Civil Engineering projects. We will coordinate with the Client and the Client's representative to obtain the specifics of the case and offer an objective opinion of the merits of the case. Eaglebrook will not take on expert witness testimony if in our opinion the results may not be positive.
Eaglebrook's staff is highly experienced in all aspects of civil engineering and land development permitting. We have worked on a wide variety of projects throughout New England. Our diverse experience in site feasibility analysis, engineering and planning, stormwater management design, construction administration and inspections ensures that even the most complex projects will be completed efficiently and accurately.
Eaglebrook has extensive experience in guiding developers through complex municipal, state, and federal regulations during the design and permitting phase of a project. Starting with site analysis and conceptual site layout, we work with the developer to understand their project goals while evaluating the physical site constraints and regulatory requirements.
At the heart of our civil engineering and site design experience is our expertise in stormwater management modeling, design, and implementation of facilities that work with the site and environment. Over the past several decades stormwater management regulations have become increasingly strict and continue to evolve.
