Having designed over a thousand foundations for pre-engineered steel buildings, we can make your experience as streamlined and hassle-free as possible. Our experience ranges from 1500 to 200,000 square foot and larger buildings in all types of soil conditions.
Our wide-ranging experience with forensic engineering gives us the ability to investigate many different adverse building conditions. At the request of insurance companies, law firms, and building owners, we visit the site to gather pertinent information. We then create a written report summarizing the collected information, our opinion of proximate cause, and our recommendations for repair.

Horrid service! Billed 50.00 for a 30 minute phone call! Higher rates than overseas!!! Should you decide to use them be sure to obtain a written statement BEFORE hand. They billed us for a design we never received. How does that happen? When asked to explain and rationalize the bill for me his response was "I'm really sick of dealing with this". Very professional...NOT! Told him his company are thieves and shysters! I want to report them to BBB. I'm fairly certain they will not be in business for long. Rude people, poor service.

I deal with Fire and Flood restoration, and this is the company I would recommend to anyone. Karl and Jory have been great to work with. They are quick and very professional every time I call and ask them to get me something. I have never had push back from anyone when they know CKR looked at the project.
