David has 23 years of structural engineering experience with commercial, multi-family, and residential construction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer. He enjoys hockey, photography, rock climbing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. Timothy has 20 years of structural engineering experience ranging from custom projects to large master planned communities.

Structural Report

This home sits next to Utah Lake with outstanding views of the water and Wasatch Mountains. This home required the use of helical piers to help support the foundations due to the soil conditions found on site. Modern home located in Orem, Utah with fantastic views of the lake. The master bathroom is supported in a exposed steel moment frame at the rear of the property.

I have so many good things to say about these guys. I don't even know where to start. They have gone above and beyond to help us out in engineering our timber frame home. From adapting plans that came from our timber frame school to meet Wasatch county code, to dealing with our indecision and constant changes with patience and persistence, to assisting us correct mistakes we made while cutting our frame. The customer support we have received is A+. We will for sure use them for any future projects.

They evaluated a remodel I had done to ensure enlarging the basement window would have what it needed to ensure structural integrity. They were quick and the price was reasonable, and revisions for the building permit were quickly resolved.
