Once known only for catering (and holding high-end events at places like the Sundance Film Festival), the Huckleberry Grill has made a long-overdue--and long desired--foray into the food truck game.
While more limited than their catering options, they have the classics. There's the Huckleberry Pork Tenderloin: A mildly seasoned, grilled pork tenderloin topped with their huckleberry sauce.
