Elizabeth's Custom Catering caters to clients who demand high quality and extraordinary service at a great value. We serve groups from 25 to 5,000 for employee lunches, company picnics, weddings, parties, and more! From box lunches to BBQ to black tie dinners, our goal is to have your order be delicious, beautifully presented, and professionally served.
Flour Tortillas, Scrambled Eggs, Diced Ham, Ground Sausage, Diced Bacon, Sauted Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Sour Cream, Cheese, our own Famous Salsa and Country Potatoes. Savory Baked Eggs and Cream with Shredded Potatoes, Sausage, Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses, your choice of Country Potatoes or Cinnamon Apples and Biscuits with Jam and Butter.
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Sausage Links, Country Breakfast Potatoes, fresh made Southern Style Biscuits with jam and butter. Two slices of French Toast with maple syrup, jam and butter served with Bacon, Sausage, Cinnamon Apples. All Lunch Selections come with an assorted dessert tray from our in house bakery, bottled waters, and sodas.
Seasoned tender chicken and a special blend of Cheeses and Creamy Sauce will make this one of your favorites! Served with Fiesta Rice, Tortilla Chips, and our Homemade Salsa and fresh garden salad. Fresh Chicken Breast pounded, breaded and seasoned with our own Southwestern blend of Spices, Sauted and smothered with Cheeses and our Homemade Salsa.

Elizabeth’s was great. They provided everything. When it was time they came and cleaned up and left. We bagged up excess food and had leftovers the next day. They were just as good. Highly recommend the beef crostinis. The vegetarian were good but the beef were gone quickly…. Note to self more of those next year.

We used Elizabeth's Catering for a funeral service and they did such a great job. They understood the tight budget and timeline and helped craft an economical menu. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Everyone loved the food and raved about how much better it was than other places they have had. The event staff even inquired about who catered because they did such a professional job. I will use them time and time again.

After more than a year of not seeing co-workers very often, we wanted to do something nice for staff for Cinco de Mayo. With relatively short notice, Elizabeth's put together a fantastic fajitas bar (for 20) for us.
I was worried about not having decor, but Elizabeth's had that covered, too. Employees gave overwhelmingly positive comments regarding the quality and taste of the food, and some staff said that the homemade churros were they best they'd had!
Elizabeth's staff was on time, professional, and efficient. They accidentally didn't bring enough guacamole, but we were credited to make up

This is one of the best catering companies I have worked with period! Hands down they are excellent to work with and the food is amazing! I have used this catering company for not just once but for several events and will continue to work with them because the service they provide is top notch and good pricing. Elizabeth’s Catering was hired for a rehearsal dinner and wedding the following day. We had BBQ with all the fixings and our guests raved about the food. Everything was fresh and tasty and the spices were amazing. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

The team that was sent to work our wedding arrived early. They setup the space beautifully. They were friendly and professional. When the wedding was finished they cleaned up, there was no mess left over. I have heard many compliments on the desserts that were served. In fact they were all eaten before I got any. The fruit skewers were also delicious and again the presentation was beautiful. I would recommend Elizabeth's Custom Catering to anyone looking for a Catering service. Thank you!
