Just very poor to bad customer service and technical support. If you call them, it's basically impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's a merry go round of voice mails, and then if you do get someone, there clueless. I've been trying for two days now to try and find out how to update the credit card information on my account. You'd think that would be in your profile, NOPE, not there. They rely HEAVILY on instructional videos, and technical support tickets. Think carefully and hard about how important these back room issues are to you. If you like little to no support, either

The leadership of this company is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Everytime I have called no one helps but sends me a video to watch or tells me to send an email to their support desk. They do not respond quickly. The President of the company is NOT tolerant of those who share different beliefs. He does NOT address suggestions or respond in a professional manner. He is NOT interested in providing what the "paying client" wants but expects you to take what he deems acceptable. Unfortunately, this is not a good recipe for success. This company flat out refuses to offer their "paying clients
