Best mortgage company I've ever dealt with , (for the record, between homes I've purchased, and refinancing) about 7 to 8 mortgage companies I've dealt with, and no matter who, when we got to the table to sign, the interest rate changes just a "little higher"
Not Silverton !! They quoted me a higher amount of funds and lowest rates of the 3 bids .. and upped my loan amount twice as build kept costing more ( not blaming the wife ) ...
But coming to the table 6 months later after interest rates had risen 2 or 3 times, was expected a 0.10% increase. Or so? But true to their word. They kept the rate
