Very disappointed; they have good reviews, but that has not been my case. They have not been upfront and honest about the fees at all and wasted my time and money. They wanted to charge me almost 3% origination fee on a house purchase and that is unacceptable because usually they take a flat fee or something in the order of 1% or less ( or sometimes they get kickback from lenders). I found that out the hard way when I had to sign in a hurry the escrow, which of course I did not. After that, I reached out to management and other people that are also mentioned here in other reviews, but so far, no

Ray C. the mortgage agent went above and beyond to help us with our loan. He always called back to keep us informed about the progress of our application. I worked with Paul Hadley with my VA loan, not only was his performance outstanding, it was very timely. He answered my questions and was very patient as i am not and definitely kept asking to many questions lol. He was very courteous and got the job done quickly. I closed on my house In 20 days. We eent to Superior Mortgage about three years ago. We were lucky to get Alexander Lee.
When I tell you this young lady went out her way to make sure our process went smoothly.
My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and couldn't make it back to town to get some things that Alexander needed. So, she advised us on so many ways to get what she needed. We went from faxing to apps on our phones (Lol). Never once did Alexander stop working for us. She worked all the way up to the day we signed all of our paper work. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to Superior Mortgage

I'm so excited about my loan experience I have to post a review! I worked with Alexandra and I have to say .. She is so thorough and on point with her information and follow up. I'm so happy she handled my loan. If I could rate this company with no stars I would. I'm shocked that Superior Lending has any reviews with more than one star. Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. I made that mistake in April when I looked up rating and thought this was the company to go to with my situation. I met with Alexandra Lee she spent almost 4 months misinforming me and my husband. When she wasn't misinforming us she was ignoring our phone calls, texts and emails. I wasted my time with Alexandra and now face losing our family home because we were believing what she said. Beware she loves to turn stuff
