Messiah's Kids Preschool offers a caring, happy and secure learning environment for children 18 months old through Kindergarten. Young children grow as teachers facilitate learning utilizing a planned curriculum. Experienced teachers share the love of Jesus in formal and informal ways throughout the day.

Services
In Kindergarten, we lay the foundation children need in order to be successful in their future school careers. We meet each child where he or she is academically, physically, socially, spiritually and emotionally using differentiated instruction. The teachers will work regularly in small groups to help meet each student's needs.
Learning Without Tears "Get Set for School" is a curriculum that includes three complete programs designed to prepare children for school: Readiness & Writing, Language & Literacy, and Numbers & Math. The developmentally appropriate programs complement and expand our existing Highscope Pre-K program.
Messiah's Kids! implements the High Scope preschool curriculum for active participatory learning endorsed by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Help each child develop a positive view of themselves as children loved unconditionally by God. Develop safe and healthy habits in young children with an emphasis on proper hygiene, sound nutrition, exercise and physical care.
Best practice for this age is non-directive (student led) play, exploration, and a lot of reading and singing with their teachers. We will use every day experiences to point out letters, label objects, and count. We want to have fun - learning is natural at this age. We will utilize researched based curriculums that will build as our program builds throughout all of our classes.
