I don't believe that I can recommend this business in good Conscience, They will treat you like they don't want to help you if you're not a GOP supporter. Also i witnesses In fact a very ugly Lamborghini nearby and it almost hit someone. If you're in need a mortgage You should definitely go through a nationally recognized reputable company instead of these guys.

If I could leave NO stars, I would. Do not use this company. Would not recommend this company to any homebuyer in the future. I am honestly surprised at the positive reviews. I used the Dallas office with Matt McDaniel. My closing date changed 3 separate times. On the final closing date, there were funds needed to close that I did not have on me. The lender did not inform me that I would need any additional money to close. My realtor and lender had always made it understood that all of my closing costs would be covered. I had to withdraw cash because I do not use a local bank (USAA). After closing

If I could give no stars to TLC, I would. I'm so shocked at the five star reviews. I'm thoroughly convinced they are fake or paid for because my experience with them was unbelievably horrible. I reached out to them because of all of their "5 star reviews". At the beginning, everything seemed normal but then I started getting conflicting requests between the two mortgage loan processors. When I would inquire about it, they would apologize. But after this happened numerous times, their apology felt insincere. The afternoon before closing, I get a request on something I had already
