Participating in psychoeducation may increase therapy effectiveness and improve a person's quality of life. Patients have the ability to log in from a private location and participate in a higher level of care from the convenience of your own home or other designated safe space. Sex and pornography addictions are complicated process addictions and come in different forms. Very appreciative of Christy and Sano Center. Like many going through normal life changes just to be smacked in the face with the stress, anxiety, and complete life upheaval that was Covid 2020, I found myself overwhelmed and needing to find some support. Sano Center was a lucky find and I am grateful to have made great progress through my sessions. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a Long Beach therapist to help me and my partner with our relationship, and I am so glad I found Christy Cosper and her team at Sano Counseling. Christy is down to earth and real as a therapist and did not take sides in couples therapy like I was afraid of.
