I was looking for a new insurance company and decided to give State Farm in Rocky Point a call. I’ve always heard that State Farm takes excellent care of families in the areas of car, home, and life insurance and that they're really quick to help whenever there is an issue. When I called, I spoke with Nicolette Barbera and she was amazing to work with. She has great customer service skills. She’s friendly and really tries to help the customer get the best possible price on insurance. I can count on her to answer my call immediately (since I called her multiple times today).
