Needed to get the roof trim on my car painted to match, the old trim was cracked and weathered, so I went in for a quote. Patty was friendly and helpful and quoted me quickly. A week later, my newly painted trim was installed with no hassle and they look great! We used Five Star years ago to repair our Mazda and they did such a great job that we brought our van over. They will order the parts and call us. Well, we haven't heard from them so my husband called. The lady he spoke to told my husband he has to pay for the parts they ordered. Of course my husband said "no". The insurance is supposed to cover the charges and they should contact them. She finally said" are you going to pay for it?" My husband said "no" again and she just hung up! So rude and unprofessional. We decided to take our business to an "insurance

Friendly, professional and completely honest. I came in thinking I had completely destroyed the passenger side of my car, needing sanding a new paint job and parts. After inspection, they let me know that the damage was 1/4 of what I thought it was. They gave me options well within my price range and I left more than satisfied. I would absolutely come back. I made an appointment to have my truck bed sprayed with Toff liner and was told to arrive at 8:00am Monday. When I arrived after an hour drive I was told their new spray tent was not ready.
Proper customer service would have been to have called the customer ahead of time, so they don't waste their time driving 2 hours and taking time away from work for nothing, especially if thew knew about it over the weekend.
Not professional at all.

Took my 2017 Dodge Durango here and they did an amazing job and kept me updated throughout the whole time they had my suv. I appreciate them as they were able to take me home since I had an issue with my rental which I wasn't aware of until enterprise told

Omg! I am so happy to have my car back so...2019 camry ....,I took my car to five star last year and had a little minor issue recently the bondo was cracking where I had repairs done however, when I brought it back recently Jeff Gerber assisted me I was extremely pleased with the exceptional service I received. They put me in a rental car and fixed and addressed any issues I may have experience and without hesitation the fixed me all up it took 6 days and wala back in my fine ride totally recommend to come if u have any car repairs Thanks Mr.Gerber ( baby food)!! Hahaha

I've used 5 Star every time I've been hit over the last twenty years, and I've always had great service. This time Patty was my adjuster and she was very accommodating in helping me to deal with my insurance which was being a little difficult. They are open with their communicating and expectations in regards to both price and turn around time. I highly recommend 5 Star for your auto body needs

Very good work. Honest of the process and what to expect. The cars I have had done looked showroom good. Will use them again in the future 🚗. The only thing I wish they had was transportation. Not everyone is using insurance. A shuttle would give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

Went there to drop off car for a Geico repair. System was down and the guy looked confused. Almost as if he had no idea what to do. He didn't seem eager for my business either, so I didn't come back. No business should leave a customer standing around and not even have the courtesy to tell me to come back.
Needless to say I went to Lancaster body and frame, who did an excellent job btw and offered a lifetime warranty on the repair parts of my vehicle. It took a few days as they had a glass person come in and someone who could paint. So if you are not feeling five star than by all means head to

Was side swiped a few months back
Took the car to 5 star and wow.
They fixed the side that was damaged and also did a 360 on the car buffing or covering all of the other nicks and scratches.
The car looked polished when it came back.
