They got back to me quick, used the pictures and details I gave them to get an accurate quote. The quote was the best quote I received. Very quick scheduling time and very friendly service. Did not like it! They took almost a month to get ready with my car, my insurance “Farmers” and the shop were blaming each other for not starting my car repair even still one week and a half since my car was delivered to the shop, me, I depend on my business for all that I do daily and so I needed my car done ASAP, it took a lot of talking on the phone with Farmers and the shop when would they be nice enough to start repairing my car, the unprofessionalism does not stop there, when arrived into the shop, I found out that NONE of the employee inside of their office are using MASKS, that for me

This place had been awesome in making me feel like my Car is in good hands, they are friendly, very professional, I have never heard them say well I don't know, they are always straight top the point and know what they are talking about. My car is still getting fixed so I can't review their work that is being done on my car. But I can almost guess it won't be a bad review.

The Only reason I did not use this Business was because the Insurance Company Total my Car. They were highly recommended by my car mechanic which I trusts thousand percent and they turned out to be across the street from him. I cannot tell you how happy I was with how professional and friendly they were. I had to get a rent a car which the insurance company did not cover due to my plan I had decided not add, they helped still get a very nice discount on the rent a car which really helped. Update...11/13/20...Since my last review, I was rear-ended and needed Lancaster Body & Frame once again. They exceeded my expectations and my car was restored truly as new. I can not say enough about the 5 star service and workmanship. They also had my car returned ahead of schedule. Thank you again!! I would never trust anyone other repair center to work on my vehicles.
