I originally called Spotless for a thorough cleaning of my apartment which they were able to perform on the following day. I have subsequently used Spotless for various handyman jobs throughout my apartment.

At Spotless we have experience cleaning offices, hotels, buildings, restaurants, bars and all other commercial establishments. We provide a whole host of office cleaning options. Our customers can choose from a cleaning schedule at any time of day that is most convenient. We currently provide AM, PM, late night and over-night services.

They arrived on time and provided a great service. We did a deep clean for one couch and two loveseats and Keven removed stains, dust, crumbs, etc. The couches look brand new now and everyone was very kind and honest about pricing. It was a bit pricey, but worth the money. I would give them 4.5 stars, only because some excess water got on the living room floor; not sure the towels provided were the most absorbent. However, all is dry and clean now :)

Perfect service every time!
I hired Spotless to re-paint our apt. after our tenant moved out. This is the second time we've hired them and they did a great job each time. They were clean and neat and the painting service was good! They did a great job! They were a little late on the job but they made up with doing a great job.

Really wonderful service. Saved my dear husband hours of frustration and loss of family time. Derrick G. is a superhero. He came and assembled a full size bunk bed with trundle from hell. It arrived in five different packages. Just looking at that pile of boxes was so demoralizing, I knew I couldn't put my husband or myself through that. But Derrick handled it with grace and efficiency. I would definitely call Spotless again if I needed anything at all. Same day service too!

I just want to say my company has been working with Spotless services for quite some time now. We hired them as our handy man service at 1st and then hired them for our janitorial needs as well. They are very reliable and accommodating. I say that because our office has specific scheduling need and Spotless always accommodates our requests. My family has used the company's cleaning service for several years now in several locations in the city. They are always reliable, thorough and do an amazing job. Andrew has on more than one occasion worked with me to get someone in at the last minute for a cleaning. I have used them for move out cleaning jobs, weekly cleaning and even full spring cleaning. Andrew always provides superb customer service. Monica consistently does a great job and takes such pride in her work. I was in desperate need to get my portable air conditioner installed. my window is not an average size window - about 14 inches wide and 10 inches big, so finding a window tool kit to fit it was pretty impossible. I spoke with the VP named Andrew, and he was so accommodating!! He basically told me they could come at any day, any time, and help me with anything. what better service can you get than that ?!?! i thought the handyman would have to run to home depot to customize my window, but he ended up just cutting the window toolkit to fit the small gap. He was really great - professional, efficient
