We've had Kern and his team work in our home twice, and we've been delighted both times.
The first job was to paint most of our main floor - made more complex by the fact that our less-than-level home created quite a few stress cracks, and we were fully moved in and living there. Kern and his team worked around us and our stuff, keeping everything as tidy as possible even with copious mudding and sanding. He was clear and communicative about the schedule. The walls and ceiling look lovely now - you would never have known that there were cracks.

This is an unprompted direct quote from our tenant: "These guys were great! Professional, on time, did the job in the amount of time they said they would have and everything looks good. Good choice!" That's about as good as it gets. I can add from my own experience not meeting Kern first hand, that he was extremely professional in his communication with me, and the quoted price was competitive and fair. Highly recommended.

Kern and his team did a great job with fire escapes on a building that really needed attention.
The iron was rusty and he scraped, primed and painted them. It was a labor intensive job and its done, in a timely fashion. He sent pictures to me, since Im not there. He's courteous, pleasant, very professional, and has a can do attitude. I like working with him and am hiring him for another job too. He is busy but organized. Its been a pleasure to deal with him; the work is quality, also very fairly priced. Thank you, Kern!

Kern runs a very reliable business. He fit me in for a consult right away and worked with my calendar to schedule the job. He was super efficient and produced great results. Fair prices to boot. Furthermore, I had no problem leaving him in the shop with the keys. Super friendly, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Will definitely use him and his team again for all future projects.
