We purchased my replacement engagement ring here. Natalya was super friendly and fun to work with. The ring I got is absolutely perfect and they were able to have it sized and ready for pickup within a few days of purchase. So happy I chose to shop at Prestige rather than a big name store. Serg and Natalia are absolutely wonderful! Not only did they help me design the perfect ring but they were patient when I changed my mind fifty times and asked to see different rings. When the ring was finished and they called me for pick up I was shocked at how beautiful it was. 10/10 I would recommend prestige to all my friend and family! Thank you so much! SHE SAID YES!

My fiancé was looking for a specific type of engagement ring and hoping to use some diamonds from one of my grandma’s rings to have it custom-made. He had looked at a few jewelry shops but hadn’t found what he wanted. He came to Prestige, and they allowed him to self-design the exact ring he wanted with materials that made it affordable and within his budget. They customized the design, used the stones from my grandma’s ring (and bought the leftovers, which saved a bunch of money), and engraved the messages we wanted in a timely manner. Went in today to Prestige Diamonds & Jewelry with my father’s watch who recently passed away. Serge was very nice a respectful. He reattached the back of the watch for me. And wouldn’t take any payment for it. I will definitely be going there again and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

A relaxed, no pressure sales, jewelry store with lots of fun pieces to look at. I've brought in my ring to have a diamond replaced, bridge repaired, wedding ring welded, watch batteries installed and the pearl of my ring reglued. All very reasonably priced. It's a better bid than the jewelry store around the corner with a faster turn around time. Highly recommended. To make it better a brother and sister are working the store and really aim to please, plus don't mind my endless questions.

My husband bought some anniversary bands to add to my engagement and wedding band at a big box jewelry store. The big box store soldered them all together. What a mess. They made my ring look like something that came out of a quarter machine. Was told that was the best that could be done because I was putting so many rings together. Not happy with… that answer, I sought out Prestige Diamond & Jewelry. Oh man! They did an AMAZING job. I couldn't be happier. My ring looks gorgeous. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They stand by not only their products but also took care of a ring that I bought from the previous owners!! He was able to find proof of the sale & helped me out with a bummer situation with my ring, a lost center setting, that I could not find!! He replaced the setting & basically reinforced all the settings. After he heard my story he decided me with this matter, FREE OF CHARGE, now that's being professional !!
