I bought my wife a very nice, pretty expensive necklace for our Anniversary from Simmons. She loved it but it wasn’t very practical in her mind so we went back to the store 2 months later to exchange it. They had absolutely no problem exchanging it for something else she wanted and they were extremely easy to work with!
Thanks for being what a company should be all about!

The friendliest staff and best customer service ever!!! Crista has been so helpful to my fiancé and I since the beginning. From helping select my engagement ring, to getting it sized and repaired, to picking out our wedding bands, she has been SO kind and helpful throughout the whole process.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even had a chance to meet the owner himself! And he was so humble and kind.
Simmons has found some lifelong customers in us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a positive and exciting experience!!! Highly recommend!

Took in an item to be engraved, and they offered to inspect and clean my rings. Upon inspection they discovered loose diamonds. Thank goodness they found this before the stones fell out of my setting.
Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate them very much!

I took my ring in to have the diamond tightened and secured. They were able to do the service in house in 3 weeks for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to shop when I am in the market for another piece of jewelry. Beautiful pieces and showroom.
