I had bad experiences as a child and had a great fear of going to dentist. Even when I have Novacane in upper front area as this was it is barely noticeable and I hardly feel anything. I could not have imagined that a Novacane injection could be so pain free due to the way it is done by the Dr. I have recommended Dr. Cerdan to others.

What an awesome experience here. I came here for a second opinion on a care plan I recently received from another local dentist and Tammy was so nice on the phone and got me right in within 24 hours. My hygienist was incredibly friendly and informative and the doctor answered every one of my questions and walked me through steps and assured me that my care plan was accurate and necessary. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for your kindness, speediness, and excellent communication!

My experience was absolutely amazing. Starting with the fantastic reception area (yeah Karen, I’m talking to you). This wonderful woman helped me with all of my insurance issues and was so good with keeping up to make sure I had everything I needed ready before the appointment, not to mention, the great hospitality and heartfelt service these wonderful ladies provide. This was the most intense cleaning I’ve ever had, and as much as I don’t like the dentist office, I appreciate how thorough the tech and doctor was. Best Dentist I've been to! So honest and straightforward! I had to add onto this review! This is by far the most amazing office I have ever been to! The staff is like family! Guiding me and just so compassionate! Doctor Farrah did my work she is amazing my teeth feel awesome! The work was done perfect i had my cleaning done i instantly connected with my hygienist shes amazing I have a healthy tongue and teeth! I cant rave about this practice enough Doctor Cerdan has a fabulous practice with the most amazing tools!!!!

I found Dr. Cerdan and his staff at Winter Haven Family and Cosmetic Dentistry after the retirement of the dentist I had for over twenty years. From the front office helping work with me to get my old X-rays when I expressed financial concerns and then wanting to help make things more affordable for me, to the thorough check up and fillings by Dr. Cerdan, to the gentle hygienist who did my cleaning...everything was great. I had some sensitivity after my initial exam and they had me in the next day in order to make sure nothing had happened and set my mind at ease. They use cutting edge technology

Dr. Cerdan charged me over 30,000.00 to do a complete crown restoration after returning from Costa Rica where I had just had this done and had some go wrong. He told me that I needed to have them all redone and trusting him, I spent so many hours in his office which in most visits he administered sleeping pills claiming to replace all the crowns later finding out that he covered them with substance that has recently worn off. He messed up so much and caused me so much pain through this process. Do not trust this man to work on you or anyone you care about.

I loved my new Hygienist. She was so easy to get to know. She was involved in conversation and I felt very comfortable with her. I had to change my appointment time and was advised that I would be seeing a different hygienist. I wasn't too thrilled with it but I am so glad I did. She was AWESOME and I am keeping her so tell her not to go anywhere. She is the main reason I am no longer deciding on whether I should stay or go.
