Dr. Forni is a graduate of University of Florida College of Dentistry. He is a Board Certified Dentist in the state of Florida. He has been practicing in Lake Wales since 2001. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Biology. Dr. Forni graduated dental school at the top of his class, receiving high honors and dean's list recognition.
