The Hurley Elder Care Law Team helped my brother and I at a most difficult extended season in life. Our aunt was in a very bad accident, in and out of ICU at the hospital and acute rehab’s and now in a rehab/nursing home and at the same time caregiving for our mom at home with end stages Alzheimer’s.
There just are not words to describe the peace their counsel, help and professionalism brought to us during these times of possible great loss. There was NO loss as they walked us arm in arm through these very difficult circumstances.

My family is so very grateful for Hurley Elder Care Law. They have walked us through getting my elderly father and his wife settled in nursing home and assisted living. They were able to get my father Medicaid approved so that the funds could be used to pay for his wife’s care in the assisted living portion of the Delmar Gardens campus. We packed Miles Hurley's conference room today for a consultation, and that man had the patience of a saint and the wisdom of one as well. When a friend of mine was due to be released from the rehab center following a stroke to go back home with no family to provide care, I reached out to Hurley Law in a panic . They did not disappoint! Immediately they stepped in to advise me on what the responsibilities of the facility were to ensure a safe discharge. They continued to help me through the next two years as we worked to use her meager assets to not only get her the nursing care she needed but also to deal with a nursing home industry which sadly does not always put the care of the individual as their first priority.
