We really enjoyed working with Tom Hutchinson as our buyers agent. He was there when we needed him and was very low key when we didn’t need him. He was also very honest with us when offering his opinions and was extremely helpful in the process of making an offer and through the process of closing. If you want a low pressure but highly knowledgeable realtor Tom is an excellent choice.

You never have to wonder whose best interests she is watching over - it's yours! She goes above and beyond for her buyers and sellers, provides honest input. She doesn't stop after the sale/purchase. Buying our first house with Mrs. Debbie Kirkland was the BEST decision we could of made. She took the time to listen to all of our needs (both me and my husband and that can definitely be a loooong checklist) and waited until the perfect house came to the market.
