This is a great company! We were traveling across the country when we had cylinder misfires and no one would help us because they were booked out two weeks. These guys were also but squeezed us in and changed our bad spark plug and got ya back on our way! So grateful for them! They went out of their way to help us and pushed us to the front of the line and got it done in less than an hour. We had a safe trip the rest of the drive.

Had a serious issue with my car 100 miles south of Nephi. Used my AAA membership for towing to May's Automotive. Tyler, the mechanic was great! Knowledgeable, efficient, kind and gave us such great customer service! We were back on the road quickly - after thinking it would require at least an overnight stay to repair.

I never leave reviews but this is how impressed I am with this business. I needed a tow and May Automotive was so quick and professional to respond. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and understanding and incredibly helpful. It was such a long night and his kindness is something I’ll never forget and always appreciate. I am mad at myself for not asking his name! I would highly recommend this place purely from the honest service that I received tonight. It is hard to find an honest mechanic these days but that’s exactly what you’ll find here.

I'm on the Nephi exit and my fuel pump goes out. A trucker offers to help. Once we figure it is more then a roadside fix I ask him where I can get my Denall fixed. He suggests May Automotive. Nicest family owned business!!! He also helped me tow my boat to Big O Tires!!!
The folks at May Automotive took such good care of us .. there were 6 of us heading to Lake Powell. They quickly diagnosed the car problem. As they unhooked the boat from the tow truck they noticed that the tires on the trailer were worn and unsafe. They were able to help us get to BIG O tire to get them fixed. The owners

Theses guys are legendary! We were on our way to Lake Powell and broke down a mile from this shop. They were able to tow our car and boat. Life Savers. They are able to fix it up by noon tomorrow. So fast. We found out that the boat trailers tires needed changing. They towed our boat over to a tire shop free of charge. They offered us drinks while we are waiting for our ride. These guys are the best ever! If you need anything done choose them!

We were traveling home after thanksgiving and our transmission went out. Not a great day but After calling AAA Kris came to our rescue. He got to us as quickly as he could and drive us and our truck 33 miles to a shop. We had a great conversation and he had a lot of helpful information about the area. Not that you ever want to need a tow but if you ever do I would highly recommend them.

This place is amazing! I was having issues with my truck and had called to multiple auto shops to get an idea of what was going on and how much it would cost. They all told me it was valve seals and would cost around $2000 for parts and labor. Then I called and spoke with Josh at May Automotive! Super friendly guy and knew exactly what the issue… was and how to fix it. No it wasn't valve seals and no it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get my truck back going again! You should definitely take your vehicles here! Huge thanks to Josh and the guys at May Auto!

My daughter and her son were in an automobile accident on Friday, November 20, 2015. May Automotive was called to the accident. They towed her vehicle into Nephi and transported her and her son also. They provided excellent service. Our daughter was quite shaken by the accident and their secretary and staff watched over our 3 yr-old grandson, providing food, drink,and a toy tow truck, while giving our daughter a chance to pull herself together. An accident is a VERY traumatic thing for a young child to go through and they went out of their way to help them. Thank you, May Automotive.

I was passing through on a road trip when the plastic undercarriage protector on my car broke loose. May Automotive was off the next exit, and we limped in. The place was very clean and Chris and Josh couldn't have been nicer. Chris dropped what he was doing to assess, and proposed a fix to get us back on the road without needing a major repair, even though eventually parts will need to be replaced.
