Unfortunately I was very disappointed at my visit this time (I started bringing my car to have it serviced here about a year ago) When I booked my appointment on line, in addition to the oil change that I needed, I asked to have my tires rotated, to check the air pressure and to have them check as to why the light wasn’t coming on when I turned my seat warmer on and that the seats were not getting warm. When I asked about the additional service I requested, the gentleman who took my payment apologized that they didn’t do the additional services I requested, he didn’t offer to see if they

I've taken 2 vehicles here and haven't had a good experience either time.
The first time was my wife's car with a starting issue. The tech checked our fluids left the oil cap off and charged me $100 for it. It wasn't until my wife got home that we realized the oil cap was off and we smelled burning oil. We cleaned it up at home.
The next issue was taking my truck in to have looked over for a heating issue. I was fairly certain of the problem but not being a mechanic, wanted a professional opinion. If the cost for repair wasn't crazy, the convenience is worth it.
I had to call them about 8 hours

AutoWorks was fantastic!! Our battery and electrical system was having some issues, and we brought it in to get fixed and they were super helpful and informative every step of the way. We also had issues with one of our windows and our tires which weren’t anticipated but they were very candid about what it would take to fix them and didn’t try to “sell” us on repairs that weren’t needed. They were straightforward and honest and very capable. We got our car back within a very reasonable time. Only using AutoWorks Car Care from now on!

Been looking for a good, honest mechanic for a while since I got screwed over at my last one. I've now been going to auto works for about a year and have nothing but good things to say! They do take a little bit longer than I would like to get my car back to me, but they are always honest and have reasonable prices!
