Services
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for your first PT session to settle in and fill out paperwork. Check in with Bobby, and he can direct you to a seating area to work on filling out a few forms. Once your paperwork is complete, your physical therapist will invite you into the clinical area and ask you several questions about your condition.
Capital Region Physical Therapy is excited to provide a training program developed specifically for junior high and high school student-athletes. This pre-season training program is designed to help the student-athletes work on specific "high risk" areas to help him or her have a successful sports season while minimizing the chances of injury.
All of our physical therapists are Masters or Doctorate level trained PTs, and all of them are certified or working towards certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. This means you get rapid relief from pain and a strategy to independently keep the pain away.

I always look forward to my appointments at Capital Region Physical Therapy. It is always a supportive environment and Brett consistently gives me the tools and confidence to move forward in my recovery. I have made strides since I started my treatment and can't wait to see my progress every time I have an appointment. I fully recommend Capital Region Physical Therapy to anyone in need of strengthening during rehabilitative recovery. As an aside, the tunes are always jammin' in the therapy room. Makes the exercises so much more fun to do!

I've been seeing this motivated (and fun) crew for a few weeks now; after arthroscopic knee surgery. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. They have great availability/scheduling. I've been able to reschedule a few appointments with no trouble. Their equipment is clean and up to date. They use the latest best practices. (These were all issues at the last office I went to.) They play a good mix of music, and the windows help the time pass by on the bike or treadmill. Living near Troy I pass many PT practices on my way there, but they are worth the trip. Just watch out for the huge pothole
