Core Physical Therapy was built on the foundation that people deserve more. They deserve to be educated about themselves, so that they can make informed decisions about their health and their life. There are a lot of great clinicians available to us. Unfortunately, the traditional medical model forces a patient to squeeze into a certain mold.

If you don't fit into that mold, you must be crazy. At Core, we don't think that is fair. We pride ourselves on figuring out the conditions that don't make sense. The Inclusion Method was created because the therapists at Core felt that there had to be a better way to help their patients. Traditional physical therapy training told us that we had to learn everything we could about the painful spot which was presented before us.
Services
Manual therapy is the treatment that makes Core Physical Therapy stand out from other physical therapy clinics. In our manual therapy sessions, you will experience a variety of techniques, all focused on improving your structure and function. In these sessions, you may be surprised by where we find the problems in your body.

I am very grateful to have Danielle Farina as my physical therapist. She has brought a unique skill set and training to her work. Moreover, Danielle is a compassionate healer who brings extraordinary presence and focused attention to our time together. In my experience, she respects the individuality of the client and gently adjusts her approach to meet one's needs of improvement.

The Therapist was always able to pin point the physical problem and then correct it and give an exercise to use.

Imagine beginning a series of PT appointments to address a budding shoulder issue and hearing words to this effect: “I don’t think it’s your shoulder. I think it’s your hip.”
I’m no stranger to PT and shoulder problems. Two years ago I had a rotator cuff repair and spent months in PT getting (ultimately) back to 100%. Three months ago, I started to feel the same pain and discomfort that previewed the rotator cuff repair, this time in the other shoulder. I asked my surgeon if I could work on PT now rather than wait until my second shoulder got worse. He said ok.
So, I meet my therapist

I am not lying when I say CORE is my favorite place to be. I have a chronic illness which also comes with chronic pain daily. I have a lot of bad days so I legitimately look forward to going to CORE. CORE has given me a safe, supportive, and healing environment to be in. I promise you, this is where you want to go! I’ve seen multiple physical therapists at CORE during my 2ish years here 1 to 2 times a week, and every one of them is amazing. The therapists are kind, caring, skilled, etc! I could literally go on and on about how amazing they are. The secretary staff is also very kind, polite, and

My son is a 16 year old athlete. Last February he broke his scaphoid playing hockey and 6 months later he still didn't have his pre injury strength back and was still having some pain. Danielle Farina told me that she thought she could help him. Upon examination Danielle noticed that he was way out of alignment. HIs right shoulder ( injury side) was held up at least 2 inches higher than his left. Danielle worked on him and Brandon couldn't believe the difference. He said he was able to be much more aggressive at Varsity football practice afterwards and felt so much stronger. He was thrilled and

I can't say enough wonderful things about Wendy at Core Physical Therapy. I've had experiences with John (who owns Core) many many years ago when we lived in NY so I was aware of the practice. I now live in AZ and came in to see our new Granddaughter. in Saratoga Springs.
Before I left AZ, I was having a back problem. Was sent in for an MRI and was told I have severe arthritis, degenerative disc disease and stenosis of the spine. Nothing much could be done.
So I get on a flight - 6 hrs. long - and if you don't think that was torture - it was. I thought I was going to die.....the pain was so severe

I am thrilled with the progress I have made in the last 2 months with Sue at Core Physical Therapy! I had a hip replacement last year and was doing fine with walking but had many lingering pain and range of motion issues. Now, I am able to do things I haven’t been able to do in 10 years! She really looked at my whole body and figured out how different parts were impacting my hip and she gave me exercises and stretches to help keep me on the right track. I would definitely recommend Sue and Core! Going there has made a huge difference!

The staff at Core PT are miracle workers! I first attended Core after “traditional PT” did not help and I was left with the option of pain pills for life or trying Core. Within a month of that initial visit, I was able to walk and exercise again without back pain. I’ve continued seeing Steve for approximately 6 years now (I’m an accident-prone athlete which makes standing PT sessions a necessity).
Most recently, I hurt my back from a poorly-timed cough. It put my back into such spasms that I could barely walk and wasn’t able to work. I called the office on a Friday morning and Sue was

Stellar and phenomenal quality of care. Chris is the most awesome doctor/therapist I have ever met. This is a unique PT practice in that there is no dumb exercise routine, just really therapeutic manipulations with skilled hands. They took the time to do a very thorough assessment and investigate what was the real underlying cause of the pain. I had no idea physical therapy could be so comprehensive and help so much. And it actually feels good! Chris is so talented and really knows how to treat a wide range of issues with a spectrum of advanced techniques. I've been to lots of chiropractors and
