CBHA members may be invoiced for the CE Co-Sponsorship fee, however non-members must pay in advance. Upon approval of co-sponsorship, CBHA will email the monitoring forms, evaluations and sign-in sheets for your training event. After completion of the training, return evaluation summary and sign-in sheets to CBHA.
