I got married on January 18, 2020. I purchased the "Grace Package" about 1 year prior to my wedding day (around January 30, 2019). I was trying to book for day of coordinations, with honestly very little tasks. Communication at first was great, very prompt responses but once I asked for a phone meeting so my fiancé could as any questions that he may have had, and to iron out details before we paid our deposit, communication went dark, as of now it's been 10 days with no response even after a follow up. I'm huge on communication and believe that someone you would be paying should hold communication or if they're running behind at least keep you informed. Unfortunately this makes the company a no go for me. With
