I've always had a passion for cakes, decorating, baking and making them since I was 10 years old. It all started with my aunt, Tia Mila. She used to bake cakes the old fashioned way, using a charcoal oven. This was very interesting for me as a child as I followed her around the kitchen and looking at these beautiful cakes.
