I was referred to TPA Flooring Systems Owner/Operator Ed Rios by a general contractor I received an estimate for on another project. After receiving estimates from three other wood floor refinishing companies, I decided to work with Ed because of the knowledge he appeared to have relating to re-staining wood floors, his website showed some of his previous jobs which looked great and his estimate was also reasonable.

Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased “as is” meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This
