I have completed a major renovation of a two-story home that included adding square footage on both floors and a complete re-floorplan of the interior.
As I did a lot of the floorplan myself - just hand drawn, I began by trying to find a structural engineer to assess feasibility and went to Sezen & Moon (conveniently nearby).
Joshua Carter was the engineer on my project. He was great! Always very responsive and explained to me in as much detail as I wanted to understand. He also made a few visits while we were in construction and pointed out some structural items that were missed by the contractor
