Midway Small Animal Clinic is proud to serve the Midway, KY area for everything pet-related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Nancy McGregor and Dr. Ashley Claunch, who are licensed, experienced Midway veterinarians. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Blood tests are an essential part of diagnosing what is ailing your pet, just as they are in human medicine. Blood tests can tell the veterinarian a myriad of things, from whether your pet is dehydrated to whether he or she has anemia to whether your cat or dog is suffering from cancer. Red blood cells are used to determine a number of factors.
When was the last time you had your pet's teeth cleaned? According to the AVMA, pets who have never had a teeth cleaning have signs of dental disease by the time they are three years old. For that reason, Midway Small Animal Clinic recommends that all pets have a yearly dental cleaning and oral examination.

They are so nice, and really professional as well. They will take the time to answer your questions, help you with whatever you or your fur baby needs. And they aren't outrageous with the prices of services or vaccines or anything. Very reasonable. You can tell they love animals there. They know animals i will be taking my fur baby here no matter if I move out of midway or not. 😁

I've been there several times and every time I call, I'm treated with respect, always kind and helpful. When I arrive they are always kind and they work with you with any issues and are attentive and they really show they care there. Every time I've gone it's been a good experience and they make sure you have everything you need to make your fur baby feels better. Very impressed with them and I will always go back. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

In addition to very professional, friendly staff and very personable and knowledgeable veterinarian this clinic is affordable! Our dog has needed a dental service for quite some time but prices at my prior veterinary clinic were very high. We could not put it off any longer and our precious pup also had some other issues. The dental service, x-ray, office visit and meds total were 1/3 of what the dental service alone would’ve cost at my prior Vet!
