When I called and made an appointment for my axolotl I asked if they had experience with this kind of animal and they said yes. I drove 50 mins because all other exotic clinics were booked up and when I got there the guy knew nothing about my pet. He seriously talked about guns more than my let. Instead used photos that I took of my animal and sent them to some vet forum. I didn't hear back until about 4 days later. Because of my own research and tubbing and medicating my pet with metroplex he was doing much better. When the vet finally messaged me back he was like guess you don't need to do anything

Crossroads veterinary clinic has got my dog in twice, last minute, when she was pretty sick/uncomfortable. They truly care about your pup and don’t want them to wait any longer than necessary. My girl also loves everyone there and gets excited to see them. Thank you Crossroads for being so accommodating and making sure my girl is taken care of. You all are wonderful and so caring.

Dr. Hancock and the ladies at Crossroads were awesome with my cat Marvin Bartlett. They were able to schedule an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice so he could be neutered and have his leg examined after injuring it. I was kept informed of his status with multiple calls which I really appreciated. When it was time to pick him back up Dr. Hancock met with me in the parking lot due to Covid-19, and explained everything thoroughly, as well as showing me the xrays that were taken. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary Clinic for anyone in
