Cheryl was phenomenal, she was efficient, cheerful, proactive and experienced. We had to sell my parents house before the holidays in a slow market and she made it happen at a good price. Cheryl was absolutely amazing to work with. My fiancé and I were unsure if we were ready to buy and had a lot of questions about the process. Cheryl met with us and explained everything so well that it was so easy to understand. We were able to tell her what we were looking for and what was in our price range and she was very consistent with sending us listings that fit our needs and budget. Hands down the best agent there is to offer. Cheryl is the most patient individual who will guide you from point A to point the finish line while following up with you on a daily basis. If you think buying a home just isn’t possible and you won’t get approved, then think again. With a dedicated staff like cheryls absolutely anything is possible! 10/10 will recommend.

Chyrl has been a pleasure to work with, she worked very hard to find us the home we were looking for in only a few short months through the craziness of the pandemic and real-estate market prices and competition skyrocketing through the summer! But she came through for us for sure. She even dealt with the grumpy sellers agent that didn’t want to negotiate but she pushed and made it happen! This is the best stress-free experience I have ever had in purchasing a home. Cheryl unbelievably made herself accessible day and night to answer all of my questions as well as update me as we moved forward. Cheryl was the most helpful realtor we could have asked for. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and Cheryl was there every step of the way, always explaining what was going on and what our next step would be. At the first few houses we looked at, Cheryl was very helpful with pointing out certain details that we didn't know to look for. She responded to our questions and requests to see houses quickly, no matter what time of day it was (I am convinced that she never takes a day off).
