B&B was started by two brothers, Edward and John Brunelle, over a decade ago. Since then it has grown into one of the top real estate agencies in Western Massachusetts -with the help of our many experienced and dedicated agents on our team. Ed and John are lifelong western Massachusetts residents, born and raised in Holyoke, along with 6 other brothers and sisters. Edward, who resides in South Hadley, received his real estate license in 1974 and became a broker two years after that. He is also a retired executive director of the Geriatric Authority of Holyoke.
