I think these guys probably do great work. The two people who came to our home were very friendly and straightforward. They both seemed knowledgeable and honest, which is what made us want to work with them. However, the “scheduler,” Kim, was very unprofessional. We asked to schedule two consultations (they couldn’t do both a landscaping and hardscaping quote in depth with one) and instead of scheduling, both times she just randomly sent people to our home. The second time I wasn’t even home, and my husband was on a work call when the guy arrived.
