Advanced Family Dentistry has been serving the community by proving quality dental care in Dacula, Georgia, for over 20 years and was recently purchased by Dr. Madhavi Bhoompalli and Dr. Azad Faris in 2020. Dr. Bhoompalli's philosophy is that the first step in achieving optimal personal health is maintaining a healthy mouth. I’m new to the area. The staff is nice but unorganized. I came in for a cleaning and X-ray and the X-ray machine wasn’t working properly, they took about 10 X-rays!! Which I believe is unsafe! After they took the X-ray the Dr came in told me what condition my teeth was in and told me to wait in the lobby! Needless to say that was the end of my visit! I never got my cleaning which was the reason for my visit!

Just changed to this dental practice. They made it quick and easy. Firstly Victoria in the front office was friendly and welcoming. She quickly got me registered, and I appreciated the option to complete my paperwork using pen and paper or electronically. Then I met Kelly, my hygienist. She took the time to learn a bit about me, showed she had really read my paperwork and put me completely at ease. After the cleaning, I briefly met my dentist, Dr Patel, who was also very personable and was happy to answer any questions I had. It was a very pleasant (and relaxing) first appointment, and I’m happy

I'd highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff. The front desk lady is very kind and welcoming and my hygienist was so helpful. She took pictures of my teeth and I was able to see the areas she was concerned with before the Dr even came in which helped me not feel blindsided in the appointment when I was told I needed a filling. Great experience!

Dr. Patel is the most GENTLE and caring dentist I have EVER been to. I’m first one to admit I’m scared of dentists, I hate needles and the fact someone is in my mouth with water, BUT this place has been the best. His staff and himself have been awesome. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. I had to have a implant on a fractured tooth that I had and honestly from the time I started this process up until now it really has been an easy. They really are there for you and have never judged the shape my teeth are in. Thank you again for your help!

Dr. Patel is great! The best dental experience that I have ever had. I will be a life long patient of his. Susan, the dental assistant, is great as well. And Victoria, in the front office, is always so helpful and keeps me on track with my appointments and anticipated fees. They have been so accommodating and have been able to work me in when I have had any dental emergencies. Love this office!

Dr. Patel was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time with me and explained everything to me. His receptionist and X-RAY technician were very informative and caring. I was seen very quickly after paper work was completed. The technician explained each X-ray and placement as she made sure I was comfortable. I am extremely pleased with this dental office after being with the same dentist for over 30 years. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Dr Patel is an absolutely wonderful dentist. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, but Dr Patel and his staff go out of their way to put me at ease. Everyone in the office is wonderful. Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have been too. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. Definitely a 5 star dentist! The atmosphere was warm and comfortable resulting in an outstanding experience! Highly recommend him to others.
