I have been here twice now and unfortunately have had bad experiences with their hygienic practices. They have horrible practices with cross contamination and using gloved hands to touch public surfaces and then touching things that go into your mouth. Especially with the pandemic going on now you would think they would be more conscientious. I have been here once before the pandemic and once during and both times were horrible. The staff and Dr. Shaw seemed very nice but despite their new entrance hygiene protocols you would think that they would do a better job teaching their technicians how

The best dentist office I had ever visited. This is totally design for kids. This place have a RK, they also have ice cream for the patients then after their visit they also get to pick a reward from the treasure box.... I don’t have a problem taking my daughter there since she love her dentist!!! 😁

Wonderful place! greeted while opening the doors, had an office tour, they are extremely kind, best staff, office is beautiful, and it’s perfect for kids with an arcade game room, frozen yogurt bar, and games! Best experience ever! I would highly recommended!! Thank you to everyone for such a great experience! I appreciate you all!

Dr. Wirig is my son's orthodontist. He is amazing. The progress we are seeing is definitely worth it I am paying a reasonable amount monthly and they have allowed me to delay a payment a few days before. I appreciate their hard work.

Best orthodontists in town! The staff get you checked in and seen quickly. They know your name and it is obvious they have great training. 3 of my 4 kids have had their braces here, and all have had great outcomes. My last kid will need them when she is older and I won't hesitate to come back. Great atmosphere, great orthodontists, Dr. Wirig is the absolute best!

From the moment we opened the door we were greeted with beautiful smiles. Given a personal tour of the facility from the game room, to the frozen yogurt and slushies station, their decor, tooth brushing station, goodie bags, free first consult, the orthodontist and his assistants were all amazing. We left wanting to make an appt for every day. By… far the best customer service I have ever encountered. We were there for my son but I was so excited over the entire experience I scheduled myself an appointment for a consult. We definitely recommend. Oh and the frozen yogurt as my son says,

Best overall team! The experience starts with friendly hello's and smiles as you walk through the door from all the staff. Everyone is on first name basis, the environment is welcoming and always friendly. The staff will always enlighten with you with a conversation or two. The experience was comforting, especially when you lay in the chair waiting to get fitted, braces tightened, or wire changes. The experience with the staff makes the process 1000 times better. Absolutely AMAZING! The staff is very friendly & welcoming. They have a full arcade, where ALL THE GAMES ARE FREE, a slushie machine, an ice cream machine & water bottles - ALL NO CHARGE! They make it such a fun, enjoyable experience for the entire family while we wait. My kids say they want to go back every day now! 😂 Our insurance doesn't cover braces, so they put us on an affordable monthly payment plan & even gave a discount for cash payment.
