Jim and Amy are phenomenal! My fiance and I are living in West Texas right now and they worked with our travel schedules. Best experience ever!! I said YES to the dress today at J & B Bridals. They gave plenty of time for me and never made me feel rushed. They were honestly only helping me find dresses that were my preferences. They even helped me find the perfect veil for my dress. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere. Also, there is a large variety selection of dresses of all styles and budgets.

I had a wonderful experience! Jackie is personal and professional. She and I connected on going to the same college and having matching golden doodles. I traveled from Williamsburg VA to J&B. It was the fourth dress shop we had tried and this is where I found my dress. The store is lovely and the people welcome and celebrate life events alongside you. It feels like home.

When I set up my appointment to try on wedding dresses I had told Amy that I wanted a black dress. I told her the style I wanted and that I found a dress I wanted to try on from their website. Although it was a white dress I wanted to try it on anyway. I sent her an email with a picture of the dress I wanted to try on and the day I went in that dress was not in the store for me to try on. I had an amazing experience wedding dress shopping! My consultant Amy was on point and so friendly and knowledgeable.I had that poor girl running with at least 10 dresses that i tried on!! The best part is ... I ended up saying YES TO THE DRESS! The experience was comfortable and I felt like part of the family with the entire J & B crew that I got to interact with. This review is long overdue. In March of this year I had the pleasure of working with Crystal at J&B Bridal. Enough good things cannot be said about my time there with her. By the time I arrived at my appointment I had tried on over 200 different wedding dresses in 7 different stores and was feeling hopeless and defeated that I would never find my wedding dress. Crystal was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I never once felt rushed or time was ticking! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. She was so helpful throughout my whole experience. I also briefly worked with Barb the owner and she is also absolutely amazing! All staff was friendly the entire visit. I would highly recommend J&B! Love love love every bit about this bridal shop!
