Sold them my car and it was such a headache. Told me to bring all my lease info, brought it, they sold my car in the live auction for about $400 more then what CarMax offered me. When it came time for them to pay they told me they don’t have a way to confirm they can buy out my lease after I told them chase had said it was ok. VP of company told me I had to leave the car over night and that I would have my money wired. Next day came, no one called me, had to call about 4 times. Then told me to come pick up my check in Cerritos (from Burbank). What?!?!?

I sold my car to them on 10/6/2021 as of today 12/7/2021 they have not released the liability from DMV. They are driving this vehicles on TOLL Roads and I'm getting the fines. This is NOT a dealership and therefore I would not recommend using this place due to the fact that you the owner of vehicle are still responsible for anything that is done until name change occurs. According to DMV the only thing I can do to release liability is to report the car stolen.

DO NOT USE THEM
They are not a legit company. They would love to buy your car but they don't have money to pay for your car. You would think that you got a good deal until you find out that they need to sell your car, get paid first and then maybe pay you, I made a huge mistake selling my car to them. Next time I would rather get a few hundred dollars less and sell my car to any other dealer.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE...

This whole concept is genius. I needed to sell my car within a week before I would be moving out of state but was dreading having to get low balled by all the local dealers. I thankfully picked up one of Open Trades phone calls after getting a value quote through KBB. I came in and the whole process was so fast. They inspected my car and put it up for a 90 second bidding war between dealerships all over the west coast which was really fun to watch on their big screen. I was super happy to get the most i possibly could for my car and walked out of there not much longer after the auction. All I had
