I have been going to this gym for about a year now. I really love the people and the workouts. Is definitely a place you should go to if you do not have any idea what to do at a normal gym. Everyone there is super nice and there is a range of people at all different levels of fitness at each class. The only problem I would say is that you are pretty limited what times you can go workout. But almost all times you easily fit into your day. Overall I would recommend this to anyone of friends.

In May of this year I made the choice to do something for myself! I want yo set an example for my girls. So I joined Beyond Fitness and words can’t explain how thankful I am to have made that choice! My trainer Brandon has been there every step of the way to show me that I CAN do anything. The strength I’ve gained means so much more then the weight I’ve lost. Which I can now say I’ve lost 20lbs!!!!! Thank you so much for all the support from everyone. I definitely feel like I’m part of a family here.
