Services
The Venue at Willow Creek was built with a love for weddings and events! The grounds initially were a Drive-in Movie Theatre in 1953. The Roberts Family build The Venue at Willow Creek in 2015, right next to Wyandotte Lake (a perfect place to slip away for some photos). We opened The Venue at Willow Creek after 20 years experience in the Wedding Industry.
You will have access to the bridal suite and grooms loft 2 hours prior to the start time of your event. Your Vendors have access to the space 4 hours prior to your start time. If we do not have an event the day before, you will have 3 hours at the time of your choosing to come in and decorate! If we do have an event the day before, you will have 4 hours prior to your event start time to decorate.

Anastasia and Jacqueline are absolutely wonderful to work with. We were sold on having our wedding at the venue at Willow Creek after the first meeting. The setup of the room was exactly as we wanted it even after having to change it multiple times due to COVID-19. They worked with our vendors to coordinate everything so that our wedding day went perfectly! We absolutely loved every aspect of our experience with Willow Creek and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to host an event! If we could give them more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!

Photographed a wedding in July 2020. The staff handled the Covid -19 regulations good, made guest feel comfortable and safe. They were spot on with making sure the place was running smooth for the couples wedding. Ceremony outdoor, Reception indoor. Buffet & cake was served by them which was nice to see things in place so not everyone has to touch the same stuff. Dinner Rehearsal was ran smooth and they made sure everyone knew where to be and when to be there.

The Venue at Willow Creek is beautiful! I've been there several times over the years for different events and they've expanded to hold a higher capacity. Even though the space can have large groups, it's still an intimate and comfortable setting. Angel and the team are really easy to work with and are very accommodating. Leadership 2000 Class XXXIII hosted a professional event there in June 2019 and it went off without a hitch!! We used Olive as the caterer, whom I highly recommend! Yum! We started the event with appetizers and a cash bar, had a buffet dinner, and then had our speakers and class
