As a residential realtor with a different brokerage, I’ve had the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Bob on complex transactions. Beware of the residential agent that “dabbles” in commercial without the proper education and experience… unless, of course, they partner with Bob.

Our property was in a unique location, therefore, we met with Bob Southern to be sure he would give us the attention needed to market our mixed-use property. His web-site was user-friendly compared to the multi-office and national real estate firms located in the Reno/Sparks area. After discovering soil contamination on our property, he did not fail us and provided the attention that was needed. After a short delay in closing escrow, our property was sold for a good price.
