1. Locate Damage - The first stage of repair is locating the initial impact and assessing the damaged area. This includes determining which components need to be replaced and which can be repaired. This process is done by our in-house, certified appraiser. Once this stage has been completed, an initial estimate (sometimes referred to as a "preliminary estimate") is prepared.

Do not take your commercial vehicles here for estimates, they do not have a paint shop that can handle the large sized vans. They will submit a lowball estimate to your insurance company though regardless of not being able to complete the work, this will make the whole process messy and since no one will actually do the work for this price. Super unprofessional as well.

Called me to schedule a time to get a quote done and upon arrival was greeted immediately! The quote was fast and staff was exceptionally friendly. Dropped off my car and had no worries of what they were doing. Got my car back a couple days later all fixed and ready to go! They even messaged me and another contact of mine incase I had to work to let us both know when I could pick up my car. Would recommend them to anyone who has to get their car body fixed!

Precision Autobody replaced my rear bumper after an accident. They made the process really easy! They were fast and completed the repairs in just one day. Can't say enough nice things about the front desk staff; extremely friendly, courteous, and handled coordinating the handoff of my rental car as well when my car was repaired. Although hopefully not necessary, I wouldn't think twice about going to them again in the future.
