We are a full service auto body and collision repair shop that has served Aurora and the surrounding area since 1997. Aurora Collision started out as a small body shop that grew considerably. Today, we are still on the smaller side as an independent auto body shop with 8 employees. Aurora Collision is small enough to give our customers the personal attention they deserve.

Services
At Aurora Collision Center, we will assist you through the insurance claims process and we will communicate with the insurance provider on behalf of our clients. We open our doors at 7:30 a.m. for our clients' convenience. Express Repair 1 to 2 day service for some minor repairs. We will determine if we are able to offer you an Express Repair based on the nature of the damage.
Is it safe to drive my car after an accident? Can the insurance company tell me where to have my vehicle repaired? Why should I bring my car to a high quality professional auto body repair shop? Do I have to get 3 estimates if I'm going through insurance? Why is one estimate I have lower than another?
By law in Colorado, you may have your car towed to and repaired at any repair facility you choose. You: "I'm not concerned; after all, you have to pay all reasonable costs to return my vehicle to pre-accident condition.". Ask the shop as many questions as you need to so you understand what repairs will be performed.

I had a really incredible experience! The lady working at the front desk (Roxanne?) was able to find me used parts for my 4Runner for less than half the price that new parts would have been. This saved me so much money! They repainted them and did a wonderful job- you would never know they were used mirrors! Great customer service, efficiency, and never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me (big deal when you are a woman working with automotive businesses).

My truck was hit in a parking lot and took some decent damage. The other party at fault used their insurance to pay for the repairs. Dealing with the insurance company was exceptionally frustrating, but Rick and the rest of the staff stepped in and put me first, dealing with payment supplements and ensuring that every last bit of damage was fixed and paid for by the insurance. I was on a big time crunch and needed my truck back fast. Rick and his team finished the work quickly, did an exceptional job, and had the truck to me on time. Big thank you to Jeff and his team for repairing my vehicle after getting into my first accident. My taillight and bumper were replaced and now my car looks as good as new. I hope to not have to use this service again but if I do I'll definitely be using Aurora Collision Center again. Great customer service too!

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Worked hand in hand with the insurance company to provide quick repairs for my car that was in an accident. Was able to get in without a wait and car was done within a little over a week. Very professional and even set me up with the rental. Very painless. I’d have rather not gotten into the accident (ha-ha) but they made it as easy as it could be and Jeff kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks!

My car had front end damage after hitting a huge chunk of frozen ice. Thanks to the amazing, fast and skilled team at Aurora Collision Center we are back on the road.They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the way. Worked with me when insurance wouldn’t.
They were patient with me as I ordered parts that I needed and gave me updates frequently. And worked quickly to get my car back on the road. Can’t recommend them enough. All the paint looks great and panel gaps are even. I may need to change my insurance provider but would definitely use Aurora collision again.

Amazing quality! They had 2 things to fix, through 2 different insurances, on my car (a huge scratch and someone hit my rear end). They communicated with myself and the insurance companies and worked very well with everyone. My car looks brand new again! Thanks for the great work! Definitely recommend these guys! Very nice genuine people as well!
