I would highly recommend Zak’s Jewelry. I had a ring sized. Dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready to be picked up on Saturday - even this close to Christmas! And my ring looked like a completely different ring from the fantastic cleaning they did. The ring fits perfect. I am more than pleased with my experience at Zak’s.

I just went in to have some rings resized. The employees were very nice and promptly helped me. I was told it could take up to 10 days to get my rings back but I had them back in 3 days. The quality of the work was excellent. My rings look great and the fit great.

I brought a sentimental piece to be replicated (3x) as gifts for family. Gabriella welcomed me in, quoted me a good price, and told me they’d be in touch if there were any issues along the way. I got a phone call to come pick up my custom order instead.
Zak’s Jewelry did an incredible job. The craftsmanship is masterful. I’m so glad I trusted them with this job. I had intentions of getting more than one quote, it wasn’t needed. We will cherish these new pieces, and I will absolutely be back!

I needed a watch sized-it was done quickly & was half the price of the last place I went. I also had a piece of jewelry repaired & was charged less than expected. The staff was courteous & engaging.

I came in to have my twin daughters ears pierced. I had such a pleasant experience with such a nice lady that pierced their ears. I want to thank your business for making all of our days. It meant so much and you have a customer for life. It is nice to know there are still good people out there.

Somehow my account got mixed up with Susan T from San Francisco California however I am Susan T from Cape Coral, and still stand by original complaint where my husband brought in my platinum diamond ring to be steam cleaned oh, he did not ask for polishing. The lady said we don't do that in the nasty tone and she looked at him like he was a criminal, it's okay you can spin it whichever way you like we know what happened. We have now moved on to Noe's, where we were met with smiling face and a handshake and introduction. We always try to support the local business oh, very disappointed

Visited Zak's today to have my diamond ring which is set in Platinum , just to ask them to clean the ring polish up the platinum and clean the stone. The woman looked at me as if I was there to rob the store ,very rudely stated that no we don't do that sort of thing! Meanwhile we watch all their wonderful ads they're a family business and please come in to have any repairs done while you wait and you can watch us do it. Absolutely will never step foot in that store again,. Epic fail for customer service.
We try to give the local guy business but we will now move on.

When my wedding ring lost a diamond, I was upset and put off doing anything about it. Finding the right place to take my ring was important. After reading reviews, I decided to take the ring to Zak's for an estimate.

The estimate for the diamond replacement was very reasonable and the interaction with the staff put me at ease. They suggested a new rhodium plating for the white gold, which I appreciated and included in the work to be done. They said they would call within a week and I received a call 5 days later.

Very nice helpful customer service, fixed my watch and very friendly staff . Nice things to look around while waiting . Very reasonable pricing from what I can tell they do have slot of traffic come in and out so they must be good.

I highly recommend Zak's for jewelry repair! A birthstone fell out of my family ring. I took it back to the department store I bought it from years ago and was told it would cost $300 to replace the stone. The woman at the department store actually recommended I go to Zak's! They were able to replace the stone at an extremely reasonable price and had it ready in five days. The ring looks fabulous and sparkles like the day I bought it. I will be recommended Zak's to all my friends and family.

My fiance and I really did not have a good experience here. We're currently ring shopping and were in the area so decided to stop in to briefly get an idea of their selection. Even though it was 10 minutes til close, their doors were locked, so we got halfway to the street but a lady opened the door and asked us to come in.

It was really awkward--there were four people standing around, and it was unclear exactly who was a worker and who was a patron. No one was friendly, and the one woman behind the counter was very short with her responses to my questions (do you have sets? "Some."

Well I needed help on working a watch. The lady was helpful. She fix my issue and explain how I can do it. The store has marvelous crystal and beautiful inventory. Prices seemed reasonable. It was a positive experience.
