With 35 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Roberto has worked in all roles of jewelry sales, repair, design, and fabrication. Best place i ever been to. They custom design their own jewelry and also work with what ever budget you have to work with. They don't judge by appearance they treat all equal. which is very important when your out looking for a special diamond or necklace, ring for the special someone, the owners are great people and am happy I was able to meet them and talk to them.. They did a great job on my watch and also WAS HONEST about the repairs of my necklace. thank you for the great service and also making me feel very comfortable.

I brought my wedding and engagement rings in yesterday to be resized as they were no longer able to go over my knuckle. Kelly is the epitome of friendly and knowledgeable! As a first time customer, I truly felt as though I was visiting an old friend.
After examining the rings she let me know that my wedding ring was not thick enough to resize. While upsetting that I wouldn't be able to wear it again, it was so refreshing to be told the truth upfront. I left my engagement ring with her and it is already back on my finger! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry.

Not only did the owner tell me I couldn't afford her jewelry by saying "why don't you save up some money for this necklace" her and her husband went on to tell me the pendent I bought recently (not from them) was going to tarnish, very untrue since my boyfriends hasn't tarnished in the past year he's had his. Nor has his chain (that also wasn't theirs) that he's worn on the boat and ect for the past 4 years.
They sold me a fake chain (said it was real) that tarnished before I took it out of the box later. Saying "all silver does this when you wear it

It was an amazing place! I cannot stress enough about how trust worthy this family! I am so impressed my husband had his ring moved up a couple sizes and they wanted us to be informed of what our diamond looked like exactly and it's identifying marks so they could not switch it out. When we picked it up he showed us the identifying marks on our diamond and it was ours. It came out beautiful... they are truly great-above and beyond company... USE THEM!!!!!

My now-fiancé recently purchased a beautiful engagement/wedding ring set from a private seller. However, I needed to get the ring resized larger, so I found Travis Jewelers on Yelp & we went in to see about our options. Kelly gave us tremendous customer service, clearly explaining the process and detailed pricing info (we also wished to have the two rings soldered together). I'd never before experienced this process, and was fairly overwhelmed (I'm a bit neurotic - lol), but Kelly eased my mind with clear explanations and friendly chit-chatting. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Robert and Kelly, treated my family just like an extension of theirs! They are friendly, professional, and reliable. We went to a few other local jewlery stores in town looking at an antique ring to be rebuilt and those other stores turned us away saying it couldn't be done, but not Robert and Kelly! They not only said it COULD be done, but did it in a timely, professional manner! Not to mention when I went in to have it resized they did it in ONE day so I could have it before my flight left out of town. Highly recommend Travis Jewelers!

This is an amazing jewelry store! I had a custom made ring, and Kelly and Robert did a wonderful job! It was made in remembrance of my mother, and given to me by my father. It is gorgeous, and the workmanship is beautiful! Exquisite!!! I'm more than touched by the thoughtfulness that they displayed while making my ring!

I had a cameo I wanted reset for my daughter.
When I went to pick it up if was not ready.They gave some lame excuse. The owner started arguing with my husband.
They called and said it was ready the next day. The bale on the pendant was not what I ordered. For custom work and what they were charging me for it ,it was plain and very poorly done.
Will not recommend.

After going to 4 different jewelry stores, I found the one for me! I had an image in mind for my wedding ring. No one came close to what I was wanting. Travis Jewelers is amazing.
